Depending on the country, but normally in the Netherlands this will be 2 days if the wine is on stock. In certain circumstances it could take longer if I am not at home, max = 30 days

Winow Wine has regular wines and wine from private collections. Those items cannot be ordered in the same order.
So if you have items from both regular wines as private wines and you want to be shipped together to save shipment costs, please contact us
Winow Wine has regular wines and wine from private collections. Those items cannot be ordered in the same order. This is because of VAT reasons. So it has to be 1 order for the regular wines and 1 order for the private wines. Shipment can be combined, but in order to do that please contact us.

Cooling-off, Withdrawal and Returns
1 The consumer Buyer can exercise his right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) working days after delivery of the product without penalty and without giving reasons.
2 In the event of dissolution, the consumer Buyer is obliged to return the received product to Winow Wine within 14 working days after the dissolution in the condition in which the consumer received the product. The costs for returning the product are for the account of the consumer Buyer.
3 If the consumer Buyer has made use of the right of withdrawal as stated in the previous paragraph, Winow Wine will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. Should the product be damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to transport the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when returned.
